Layce Whitworth was born and raised in southeast Idaho in the town of Pocatello. He comes from a long line of ranchers who love God, the land, rodeo, and country music.

When Layce was young, his two main interests were riding bulls and singing country music. He has done both for years at rodeos all through Idaho. His rugged good looks and toughness have made him popular in his part of the world. Layce has been married for twenty-three years to his wife, Debbie, and is a dedicated Christian family man. He still ranches in Pocatello where he raises horses and works the land.

In 2012, Layce released his first single, “She Drives a Truck”, to country radio. His single went to #1 on a few independent charts. in 2014 he released the next single TOMBOY and was released in July 2014.It is a fun, up-tempo, traditional sounding, song that is sure to give a smile to country listeners all over the country. Layce is proud to be endorsed and sponsored by Montana Silversmiths, makers of fine western jewelry, and Sign-A-Rama. Thank you Steve Miller and Dennis Jablonski for your support. It is truly appreciated.

Thank you God and all my friends and family who have helped me along the way. I appreciate you all.
